Finnova Expert / Core Banking Consultant

QIM info seeks a Senior Finnova Expert in Geneva to maintain and optimize core banking applications within a regulated financial setting. The role requires strong analytical skills, Swiss residency, and proficiency in English plus a Swiss national language.

This position supports the evolution of core banking applications in a highly regulated environment. It addresses an anticipatory recruitment need for a major organization in the banking sector, ensuring the stability and compliance of critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and evolve core banking applications built on the Finnova platform.
• Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, scalable application changes.
• Support functional and technical developments within a demanding banking context.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application landscape stability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on Finnova topics and contribute to strategic decisions regarding the application roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finnova Consultant or Expert in a core banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of core banking applications and their evolution in regulated financial environments.
• Ability to work on both functional and technical aspects of business-critical systems.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Good command of at least one Swiss national language: French, German, or Italian.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Swiss residency is mandatory.
