The company is expanding its Forensic & Integrity Services practice and seeks a specialist to investigate integrity-related issues such as fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering. The role involves working directly with client leadership and legal teams to resolve disputes, navigate regulatory challenges, and develop compliance programs that mitigate ethical and financial risks.
Responsibilities
- Investigate misconduct cases, including fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering, across various industries.
- Analyze financial data, transaction flows, and accounting records to construct evidence-based narratives.
- Conduct research, gather intelligence through third-party due diligence and OSINT, perform interviews, and draft factual reports.
- Design, test, and implement compliance and anti-fraud management systems.
- Utilize technology-assisted document reviews and GenAI, supported by the eDiscovery team, to generate insights while maintaining defensibility.
- Prepare client presentations, status updates, and documentation materials.
Requirements
- Master's degree in economics, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Fluent German and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in consulting, audit, controlling, compliance, or risk management.
- Proficiency in additional languages, given the international nature of the client base.
