Senior Manager – Forensic Corporate

KPMG AG in Geneva seeks a Senior Manager for Forensic Corporate to lead investigations, manage compliance projects, and drive business development in a values-driven environment.

This position operates within a purpose-led organization that supports clients through business transformation and ESG consulting. The role focuses on creating opportunities through insight, helping the company address major challenges by providing expert forensic and compliance services.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and execute investigations into financial misconduct, such as fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, corruption, and regulatory non-compliance.
  • Oversee compliance and fraud risk management initiatives, including strategies for prevention, detection, and response.
  • Work closely with forensic technology experts to gather and analyze digital evidence.
  • Expand the client base and drive business growth by utilizing an established regional network and market presence.
  • Facilitate communication and cooperation with law enforcement bodies, regulatory agencies, and legal teams.
  • Lead internal team operations, focusing on resource allocation, planning, and the professional development of staff.

Requirements

  • Possess 8 to 10 years of professional experience in forensic services, compliance, or audit, ideally within a consulting setting.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in fraud investigations, compliance frameworks, forensic technology, and anti-corruption measures.
  • Show proven leadership capabilities alongside strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Exhibit high-level analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be adaptable and available for travel as needed.
  • Communicate fluently in both French and English.

Nice to have

  • Hold professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent credentials.
  • Have additional training or education in forensics or compliance.
  • Speak German and possess proficiency in other languages.
