Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a French Content Curation specialist for its Greek operations. This junior role requires native French fluency, an EU passport, and willingness to relocate to Greece.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for customer support and query resolution within a rapidly expanding digital solutions provider based in Greece. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company, ensuring high-quality interactions and effective problem-solving for the French-speaking market.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and refine localized content specifically tailored for the French audience.
- Gather and assess digital material while accounting for industry trends, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
- Draft, inspect, and enhance content to improve clarity, user engagement, and overall performance metrics.
- Conduct final quality assurance reviews and apply necessary revisions in line with established protocols.
- Build and sustain deep domain knowledge to drive process excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in French, both in writing and speaking.
- English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
- Possession of a valid European passport is a strict requirement.
- Demonstrated ability in communication and resolving complex issues.
- Proficiency with computer systems and a readiness to master new software applications.
- Strong collaborative skills suitable for a team-based setting.
- Commitment to relocate to and reside in Greece.
