The company seeks a German-speaking Customer Care agent to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This position combines technical support, account management, and retention strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction within a global digital solutions environment.
Responsibilities
- Address customer questions regarding mobile services, internet, television, billing, roaming, and account access.
- Support sales efforts by promoting relevant products, managing contract renewals, and suggesting plan upgrades.
- Handle retention conversations, including cancellation requests, by resolving concerns and offering solutions to keep customers.
- Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Work with internal teams to enhance product support and service processes.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.

- Prior experience with CRM tools and customer service roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new software.
