The company is looking for a representative to act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients of a major digital solutions provider. The successful candidate will be employed directly by a partner firm in Greece, focusing on delivering high-quality support and resolving client inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer requests via telephone, digital chat, and email channels.
- Address and resolve client complaints with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Record all customer interactions accurately within the designated CRM platform.
- Work closely with internal departments to enhance product support and service workflows.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken German.
- English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
- Readiness to relocate to and reside in Greece.
