This position is central to the social media sector, focusing on the protection of online communities. The analyst reviews, evaluates, and acts upon user content to guarantee adherence to platform policies and community standards.

Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated posts on social platforms in German and English to ensure they align with community guidelines.
• Detect and handle harmful material, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic content, and spam.
• Examine reported accounts and behavioral patterns to identify coordinated inauthentic behavior, fraud, and other threats.
• Classify complex cases and escalate them to specialist teams following internal protocols.
• Document trust and safety decisions with detailed written assessments to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging threats, and policy changes specific to the German-speaking market.
• Work with legal, policy, and product teams to enhance trust and safety frameworks.
• Meet quality and productivity targets to ensure a safe experience for users in German-speaking regions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
• A valid EU passport is required for relocation and onsite work in Bulgaria.
• Strong English skills for internal communication and documentation.
• Sound judgment, emotional resilience, and critical thinking when dealing with sensitive content.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under time pressure.
