Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Reservations Agent for Booking.com. This remote role is based in Greece and involves managing bookings, resolving issues, and supporting travelers.

The company is looking for a dedicated professional to act as the primary support for German-speaking travelers using the Booking.com platform. Based in Greece, this remote position focuses on guiding customers through their travel arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to departure.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries from German-speaking clients regarding hotel stays, flights, and other travel bookings.
• Process new reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests while adhering to platform policies.
• Advise customers on accommodation choices, pricing, availability, and travel schedules.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies in booking details promptly.
• Coordinate with hotel partners and internal departments to confirm reservation accuracy.
• Record all customer interactions and case updates in the CRM and booking management tools.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional travel services or products to customers.
• Keep current with updates to the Booking.com platform and broader travel industry trends.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German, both verbally and in writing.
• Possession of a valid EU passport to qualify for work in Greece.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with digital booking platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote work environment.
