German Speaking Travel Support Advisor - Work Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Travel Support Advisor to assist clients remotely from Greece. The role involves handling bookings, resolving issues, and providing travel advice.

This position acts as the primary support channel for German-speaking travelers, managing their inquiries and ensuring smooth travel experiences. The role is fully remote, allowing the incumbent to work from Greece while serving an international clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assistance to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and rebookings for flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
• Share accurate details on travel policies, visa rules, baggage limits, and destination guidelines.
• Address and resolve customer complaints regarding delays, disruptions, or service failures.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to escalate and fix client issues.
• Record all customer interactions, case notes, and solutions in the company’s CRM and ticketing platforms.
• Identify chances to recommend additional travel products or services to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, seasonal shifts, and current travel advisories.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Possession of a valid EU passport to enable relocation and legal employment.
• Professional or conversational level of English.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
