The company invites candidates to join its Audit Insurance team starting in fall 2026. In this position, you will operate within a fast-paced, international setting to deliver technology-driven audits for clients. Responsibilities

  • Perform and assist with audits of consolidated and annual financial statements following IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, working both on-site and remotely.
  • Evaluate business processes and workflows for national and international clients to gain deep insights into the insurance sector.
  • Build technical expertise by addressing complex topics such as regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principles.
  • Utilize modern technology to execute next-generation audits, improving the accuracy and efficiency of audit processes.
  • Work closely with experienced professionals to foster a positive team culture and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to broaden knowledge beyond auditing into broader business areas.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field, or possess a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting.
  • Demonstrate excellent proficiency in German and English; advanced French skills are considered a strong asset.
  • Exhibit a highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Show strong ability to work independently, supported by solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments.
  • Be resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs.
  • Display eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditing.

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus.
  • Advanced French skills are considered a strong asset.
