Head Coach for Rhythmic Gymnastics

The Schweizerischer Turnverband STV seeks a Senior Head Coach for Rhythmic Gymnastics in Biel. This part-time, onsite role focuses on high-level training for youth and national squads preparing for major international competitions.

The position is based at the STP Biel and Region Rhythmic Gymnastics Performance Centre. The successful candidate will lead technical training for athletes across youth, junior, and national levels, guiding them toward success in national and international events such as European and World Championships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical instruction to gymnasts within youth, junior, and national teams.
• Coach athletes for participation in national and international competitions, including European and World Championships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience and deep expertise in rhythmic gymnastics.
• Completion of an STV Level 2 coaching course or an equivalent foreign professional coaching diploma or master's degree.
• Proficiency in German, English, and/or French.
• Strong ethical judgment and sensitivity when handling behavioral issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Solid pedagogical and psychological abilities for working with children and young adults.
