High End Merchandising Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a High End Merchandising Intern to support its Europe team across seven markets, focusing on assortment quality, KPI monitoring, and stock allocation for its prestige network.

This internship is embedded within the Europe team and serves the prestige network spanning seven European markets. The intern will assist with daily office projects centered on high-end luxury brands, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality and volume of high-end product assortments to drive performance across the prestige network.
• Track daily business KPIs and lead periodic business review sessions.
• Oversee inventory movement within the prestige network, managing efficient distribution and rebalancing stock between boutiques.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects led by the High End team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field at an accredited institution.
• Must secure a mandatory internship agreement for a duration of at least six months.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English.
• Show strong collaborative skills when working with cross-functional departments.
• Possess a keen interest in data analysis, dashboard optimization, and general system proficiency.
• Display flexibility, proactivity, and a willingness to handle diverse tasks throughout the day.
• Exhibit a service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to listen actively, adapt to different stakeholders, and manage stress effectively.
• Enthusiasm for working in an international setting.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
