Roger Dubuis seeks a Clienteling Product Management Intern to support product roadmaps and feature development in a luxury retail context. This full-time role begins July 15, 2026, for a six-month duration.
The company is looking for an intern to partner with the Senior Product Owner for Clienteling. The position focuses on gathering Maison requirements, shaping the product roadmap, and driving continuous innovation. It provides exposure to luxury markets within an international setting dedicated to exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and evaluate requests from the Maisons regarding updates to the clienteling product.
- Assist in prioritization sessions with the Maisons and technical teams to establish the product evolution roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner, UX/UI designers, and technical staff to design and track the development of new features and changes.
- Verify that delivered features align with established business requirements.
- Track and help resolve bugs reported by the Maisons.
- Work with the Change and Adoption team to promote end-user adoption by keeping documentation current and user-friendly.
- Suggest best practices and complementary initiatives to maintain consistency and satisfaction when launching new features.
Requirements
- Initial experience in client relationship and engagement areas, such as CRM, Clienteling, or Client Activation, or a background in retail.
- Demonstrated agility, flexibility, and strong teamwork abilities.
- Solid organizational and project coordination capabilities.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce Service Cloud, and project planning or ticketing tools like JIRA, Monday, and Confluence.
- Possession of a mandatory internship agreement from your educational institution.
- Availability for a six-month internship starting on July 15, 2026.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in product management, particularly as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner.
- Ability to communicate in French.
