The Hologic Nurse Advocate position is a remote, mid-level role within Hologic Medicor Suisse GmbH. The primary purpose of this position is to support prospective patients by answering their questions, guiding them through information about Hologic products, and facilitating connections with healthcare providers. The role serves as a bridge between patients and physicians, ensuring patients are well-informed and prepared for their medical consultations.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient communications to provide necessary information and arrange referrals to doctors.
- Inform potential patients about Hologic products highlighted in awareness initiatives and assist them in preparing for discussions with their medical providers.
- Maintain precise records of all patient interactions and referral activities within Salesforce.com.
- Provide guidance and support to new team members to ensure high standards of patient care are maintained.
- Travel as needed to conduct on-site education, training, and support sessions.
Requirements
- Hold an active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent degree.
- Have at least five years of experience in patient care and education.
- Demonstrate prior experience working in healthcare or patient support settings.
- Show a strong understanding of nursing principles and patient care, particularly in women’s health and the Sonata Treatment.
- Be familiar with healthcare compliance guidelines and relevant business rules.
- Be proficient in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com, and telecommunications tools.
