HRIS Onboarding Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks an HRIS Onboarding Intern to support HR initiatives, data analysis, and recruitment processes within the luxury watchmaking sector.

This internship is situated within Richemont, a global leader in luxury jewelry and watches. The position supports the company’s mission to preserve heritage while driving innovation through creativity, offering a chance to contribute to HR operations in a high-end environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Support the recruitment lifecycle by creating job descriptions, posting ads, and managing hiring workflows.
• Help coordinate training, development, and compensation programs.
• Participate in performance evaluation activities.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and equal employment opportunity data.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal policies, including monitoring working conditions.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Perform complex data processing tasks and assist in improving data collection tools.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations cases.
• Prepare various analytics and data reports.
• Investigate standard incidents using established compliance processes.
• Organize and prepare complex documents using standard office software.
• Create, update, and provide best practice support for Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems.
• Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization.
• Stay informed about organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant technology and industry best practices through continuous learning.

Requirements

• Completion of short-cycle tertiary education.
• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
• Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
