PureGym AG seeks a mid-level Property Manager in Volketswil to oversee estate operations, financial reporting, and landlord relations for its Swiss locations.

This newly created position supports the daily functioning of the PureGym estate by collaborating closely with development, facilities, and property teams. As part of the international PureGym Group, the second-largest gym operator in Europe, the role ensures that facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with solicitors, landlords, agents, and finance teams to handle rent reviews.
• Maintain accuracy and up-to-date status in the Property Management System and Horizon database.
• Compile financial data for monthly reporting cycles.
• Analyze annual service charge breakdowns from landlords against lease terms and report discrepancies.
• Gather necessary documentation to support appeals for rebates and reductions on club costs.
• Serve as the deputy Facility Coordinator, overseeing warranty claims and defect resolution.
• Monitor and enforce landlord responsibilities regarding building structure and services.
• Process planning applications for signage, building consents, and Class E trading permissions.
• Communicate with landlords concerning dilapidations notices and ensure all required repairs are finished.
• Oversee sublet properties managed by PureGym and identify opportunities to boost rental income.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• A degree-level Property Management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a multi-site occupancy environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the French language is an advantage.
