International Traineeship Program - A&I - Technical Department

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to key accounts, engineering offices, and consultants.
• Interpret customer and market needs and initiate new developments.
• Develop innovative solutions for new or existing applications.
• Implement new products and solutions in cooperation with sales, marketing, and other departments.
• Take technical responsibility for a specific product portfolio including maintenance.
• Identify competitive gaps, niches, and opportunities.
• Support local sales organizations and global key accounts with complaints/claims.
• Arrange and support trainings for customers and local sales organizations.
• Develop technical arguments for sales and marketing.

Requirements

• Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in materials, mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong German skills are required.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
