Aepsy seeks a Psychology & Community Management intern in Zurich to grow its French-speaking psychologist community and support operations in this high-impact mental health startup role.
This internship offers a chance to join a mission-driven team at a fast-growing mental health startup. The position focuses on building a community of psychologists, primarily in French-speaking Switzerland, while supporting daily operations and client services. Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the network of psychologists, with a focus on the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
- Maintain and ensure the quality of therapeutic sessions.
- Manage administrative duties and operational processes.
- Produce content for various channels.
- Coordinate communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the team with client support tasks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new psychologists.
- Perform translation tasks as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operations.
- Contribute to the further development of the company’s app and website.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written French.
- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Prior work experience or a project portfolio that demonstrates strong dedication and commitment.
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology.
- Additional language skills in German.
