This position serves as the central driver for the company’s Early Careers Strategy, focusing on creating a robust and diverse talent pool to meet future operational demands. The role acts as the primary liaison for talent acquisition initiatives related to early careers, ensuring that recruitment efforts align with long-term business goals and global consistency while respecting local market nuances.
Responsibilities
- Establish the strategic vision and objectives for early careers initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term talent and business requirements.
- Anticipate upcoming business needs to design and launch early careers programs that create a strong pipeline of key talent.
- Ensure that strategies account for local market realities, regulations, and cultural differences while maintaining global standards.
- Develop high-impact early careers programs with clear recruitment and selection criteria.
- Create development experiences that combine on-the-job learning, mentoring, and structured training.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels to attract early careers talent.
- Design inclusive selection processes that assess potential, values fit, and capability.
- Optimize talent acquisition processes using advanced digital solutions.
- Craft an end-to-end candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and reflective of company values.
- Establish support structures such as mentors, buddies, and peer networks to aid integration and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and managers to ensure smooth onboarding and development of new talents.
- Provide strategic advice on early career talent trends, market insights, and workforce planning.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of early careers programs.
- Develop metrics to track short and long-term success, incorporating feedback loops and regular reporting.
- Work with Employer Branding and Academic Relations teams to enhance the visibility and promotion of early careers programs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and scale complex talent acquisition programs.
- Specialized expertise in early careers management.
- Fluency in English.
