Richemont seeks a Senior Manager to lead Cartier’s early careers strategy, building diverse talent pipelines and managing scalable programs in Meyrin, Switzerland.
This position serves as the central driver for Cartier’s early careers initiatives, responsible for defining the strategic direction and executing large-scale programs. The role ensures a steady flow of diverse talent to meet future business demands while acting as the primary liaison for talent acquisition efforts related to early career stages.
Responsibilities
- Establish the strategic vision and goals for early careers, ensuring alignment with long-term business and talent objectives.
- Forecast future workforce needs to create and expand programs that generate a strong pipeline of key talent.
- Adapt global strategies to fit local market conditions, regulations, and cultural nuances while maintaining consistency.
- Build high-impact early careers programs with clear recruitment and selection standards.
- Create development experiences that combine practical work, mentoring, and structured learning.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods across digital, social, and traditional channels to attract early career candidates.
- Design inclusive selection processes that assess potential, values alignment, and capabilities.
- Enhance recruitment efficiency by leveraging advanced digital tools and solutions.
- Craft a candidate journey that is transparent, respectful, and aligned with company values.
- Establish support systems such as mentors and peer networks to aid integration and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and development.
- Provide strategic advice on early career trends, market insights, and workforce planning.
- Continuously assess the performance and impact of early careers programs.
- Develop metrics to track success, incorporate feedback loops, and report on progress.
- Work with Employer Branding and Academic Relations teams to promote early careers initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in designing, leading, and scaling complex talent acquisition programs.
- Specialized expertise in managing early careers initiatives.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
