Junior Business Development Manager

Antaes seeks a Junior Business Development Manager in Petit-Lancy to drive client acquisition and recruitment, supporting the firm's growth in Asia and beyond.

This position merges business development with talent acquisition, giving the holder a comprehensive view of how a consulting firm expands. The role plays a key part in Antaes's strategic growth across Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Find and secure new clients within target sectors.
• Build and oversee a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, meetings, and networking to create leads.
• Analyze client needs and design custom consulting strategies.
• Take part in contract discussions and finalize agreements.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to fuel business expansion.
• Attract and source qualified candidates using multiple channels.
• Evaluate and interview consultants to match client requirements.
• Cultivate a talent pool that aligns with market trends.
• Pair candidates with client projects and handle the placement workflow.
• Foster lasting relationships with current clients.
• Guarantee project success by aligning consultant output with client goals.

Requirements

• A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Initial exposure to business development, sales, consulting, or recruitment, with client-facing roles being advantageous.
• A genuine enthusiasm for both acquiring clients and recruiting talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multicultural, and international environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven attitude.
