Junior Facility Manager — Tarchini Group

Ticino Clean Sagl seeks a Junior Facility Manager in Mendrisio to support building operations, maintenance coordination, and technical evaluations for the Tarchini Group.

This position supports the Tarchini Group’s expansion by strengthening its internal team. The role focuses on overseeing facility operations, coordinating technical projects, and ensuring the efficient management of building systems across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department head with daily operational tasks.
• Perform site inspections and technical assessments for construction, electrical, and HVAC projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and financial accounts for new builds, modifications, or renovations.
• Coordinate and direct external contractors and internal repair teams.
• Monitor the performance of heating and cooling installations.
• Manage and review maintenance service agreements.
• Supervise direct staff and verify the quality of their work.
• Communicate with suppliers and handle administrative correspondence.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in building or plant engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office on macOS.
• Strong command of AutoCAD.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Age under 35 years.
