Junior RCS Project Manager Europe

The company seeks a Junior RCS Project Manager for a fixed-term role in Meyrin, Geneva, to coordinate cross-functional transformation projects across the Europe region.

This position supports the coordination and execution of organizational and transformation initiatives for the Europe Region. The role is based in Meyrin, Geneva, and operates within the Richemont Europe Teams on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Establish dashboards and analytical tools to support operational activities.
• Map process flows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Optimize data management procedures for the customer service function across the region.
• Assist in defining project scope, governance structures, milestones, and deliverables.
• Help develop action plans and oversee their implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, record minutes, and consolidate business requirements to enhance performance.
• Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze gaps between existing and desired processes.
• Ensure business processes are properly documented and executed.
• Identify and deploy automation solutions to resolve pain points and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Hold a degree from a graduate school in engineering or business.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or German is advantageous.
• Experience with Power-BI or similar analytics platforms is beneficial.
