Aufgaben

• Learn preparation, planning, and presentation of various dishes (meat, fish, veg, pasta).
• Maintain calm and organization during busy lunch hours.
• Plate dishes with style and the right look.
• Ensure hygiene and order in the professional kitchen.

Anforderungen

• 3-year apprenticeship ending with an Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ).
• Training takes place in the company, vocational school, and inter-company courses.
