This position supports the Luxury Kulm Group by ensuring the seamless handling of laundry services for a luxury mountain travel destination situated at 1800 meters above sea level. The role is integral to maintaining the understated luxury and inspiration that define the company's life experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-loading washing machines and dryers, including loading and unloading linen.
- Sort used linen received from various hotels.
- Fold clean linen and store it according to five-star luxury hotel standards.
- Transport both clean and soiled linen to the Grand Hotel Kronenhof using a bus.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laundry department.
Requirements
- Possess basic knowledge of lingerie and laundry processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Italian and/or English.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) to operate the bus for linen transport.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
