Ironer Guest Laundry (m/f/d)

Badrutt's Palace Hotel seeks an Ironer for its Linen Room team in Sankt Moritz. This seasonal role ensures high-quality garment care and timely laundry delivery for guests and staff.

As a member of the Linen Room team, the Ironer plays a key part in maintaining guest comfort by upholding strict standards for laundry care and presentation. The position supports the smooth operation of the department through efficient workflow management and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carefully iron and finish guests' clothing to professional standards.
• Sort, package, and deliver laundry items promptly, adhering to LQA guidelines.
• Inspect all garments for stains, damage, or missing items, arranging for repairs or reprocessing as needed.
• Maintain consistent quality throughout every stage of the laundry process.
• Iron and maintain staff uniforms with the same level of care.
• Organize daily tasks and manage time effectively to ensure the Linen Room runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience in laundry, textile care, or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-focused work approach.
• Reliability and organizational skills, especially during peak periods.
• Discretion and respect for guests' personal items, combined with a service-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Ability to collaborate within a team while working independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Previous experience operating professional laundry machinery.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Italian.
