This position is responsible for the immediate medical care of employees who fall ill or sustain injuries, including assessing the need for further treatment. The role also entails providing occasional medical support to hotel guests to ensure their comfort and safety during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and medical treatment to staff members who are sick or injured, determining if additional medical attention is necessary.
- Coordinate with the company physician or local hospitals for appointments and emergency cases.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for employees in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Oversee the staff medical room, ensuring all first-aid and medical supplies are fully stocked, properly stored, and within their expiration dates.
- Assist in documenting accident reports and liaise with Human Resources, external doctors, and hospitals to coordinate follow-up care.
- Offer medical assistance to hotel guests when needed to support their well-being.
Requirements
- A completed nursing qualification, preferably accompanied by several years of professional experience.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- High level of empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in using standard IT applications.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Italian language.
