Giardino Group seeks a Staff Cook for its Mountain location in Champfèr-St.Moritz for the winter 2026/2027 season, starting mid-December.

This position is based at Giardino Mountain in Champfèr-St.Moritz and covers the upcoming winter season 2026/2027, with a start date around mid-December. The cook will be responsible for independently preparing varied, healthy, and balanced meals for the company's employees.

Responsibilities

• Independently oversee the daily preparation of meals for staff members.
• Create diverse, nutritious, and well-balanced menus.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook within the hospitality or hotel sector.
• Prior work experience in a comparable kitchen role.
• Demonstrated ability to remain flexible, enthusiastic, and effective under pressure.
