Oberson Abels seeks a mid-level lawyer for its Real Estate Department in Neuchâtel. The role involves advising clients on property transactions, drafting documents, and handling negotiations.

The company is looking for a qualified legal professional to join its Real Estate Department in Neuchâtel. In this position, the lawyer will deliver specialized counsel to both private individuals and corporate entities regarding property-related legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through legal aspects of property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects.
• Prepare, examine, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
• Perform thorough legal research and conduct due diligence investigations.
• Act on behalf of clients during negotiations and court hearings.
• Work closely with other team members across the firm to resolve complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Hold a law degree from an accredited university.
• Have passed the Swiss bar exams or possess an equivalent legal qualification.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in both French and German.
