This position sits within the Corporate & Commercial Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The team supports corporates, private equity firms, family offices, and entrepreneurs with various transactions, operating as a unified group across the Geneva and Zurich offices.

Requirements

• Hold a Swiss law qualification.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and French.
• Possess a good command of the German language.
• Provide evidence of excellent academic achievements and professional references.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specializing in corporate law is considered an advantage.
