Lead Business Consultant Finance - Microsoft D365

Responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery for Finance processes based on D365 modules.
• Harmonize design decisions between multiple consultants, teams, and projects.
• Collaborate closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure architectural consistency.
• Analyze business needs and develop solution concepts.
• Design, configure, and document ERP solutions.
• Provide detailed requirements for the development team.
• Establish and enforce best practices, including clear documentation and optimized parameter settings.
• Challenge business requirements to ensure cost-effective and value-driven solutions.
• Work closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure alignment with Microsoft’s roadmap.
• Identify and resolve conflicts with other processes, modifications, or upcoming Microsoft updates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (min. 5 years) as a Microsoft D365 ERP IT Consultant with a focus on Finance.
• Proven track record (min. 3 years) in managing international projects.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and embedded BI solutions.
