This graduate program provides an immersive introduction to the consumer goods industry, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments and locations. Upon successful completion, candidates may be offered a permanent position within one of the company's global affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments to support business objectives.
- Gain comprehensive exposure to Finance & Controlling and Marketing & Sales Controlling functions.
- Participate in all stages of marketing activities, including market research, consumer insights, strategy development, packaging design, product innovation, and campaign execution.
- Learn the complete chocolate manufacturing process, from raw bean to finished bar.
- Explore various operational areas such as chocolate production basics, technology, managerial responsibilities, KPI tracking, safety protocols, industrial planning, R&D, quality control, and financial oversight.
- Design premium packaging that meets marketing and consumer demands while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Oversee the full packaging lifecycle, including supplier coordination, quality assurance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Contribute to direct-to-consumer operations across retail, e-commerce, marketing, merchandising, and logistics.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree.
- Demonstrate geographic flexibility during and after the program.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in at least one additional European language.
