Logistics Operator (m/w/d)

ITech Consult AG seeks a Logistics Operator in Rotkreuz to support production logistics, order processing, and shipping operations on-site.

This position serves the Production & Outbound Services team by managing the logistical flow of production. The role ensures that production orders are handled efficiently, spare parts kits are prepared accurately, and finished goods are shipped without delay.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and dispatch customer orders, including handling associated delivery documents.
• Organize and assemble printed delivery notes and order paperwork.
• Generate setup labels, delivery labels, and transport lists.
• Execute production orders and process delivery notes following established instructions.
• Sort and compile documentation for spare parts and setup orders.

Requirements

• Completion of a Logistician EFZ apprenticeship.
• At least two years of experience within a production logistics setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.
• Strong communication abilities for interacting with internal clients and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage interactions with adjacent operational interfaces.
• Possession of a valid forklift license.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities that prioritize quality and safety across upstream and downstream processes.

Nice to have

• Prior experience handling hazardous materials or cold storage goods.
• Ability to balance process quality against strict safety regulations, compliance guidelines, and industry standards.
