Bucher Municipal, a leading Swiss manufacturer of cleaning vehicles, is looking for a service technician to support its operations in French-speaking Switzerland. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing sweepers at client sites while providing technical assistance to dealers and end customers, with occasional support for the workshop in Niederweningen.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, service, and repair tasks on both new and used vehicles, either at client locations or within the company workshop.
- Conduct entry and final inspections on vehicles to ensure quality and compliance.
- Offer technical support and perform fault diagnostics for dealers and end customers.
- Participate in the seasonal on-call service according to the established schedule.
Requirements
- Completed training as a mechanic specializing in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, or heavy goods vehicles.
- Valid driving license category B is mandatory.
- Fluency in both French and German is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and diagnostic tools such as VM-Tool, Bodas, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, structured approach, and experience interacting with end customers and dealers.
Nice to have
- Additional training as a diagnostic technician with a federal certificate is preferred.
- Driving license categories C1 or C are desirable.
