Managed Services Manager

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior Managed Services Manager to lead operations, manage a consultant team, and liaise with clients and vendors in Switzerland.

This position focuses on establishing and overseeing managed services and operational workflows. The incumbent will direct a small group of consultants while maintaining clear communication channels with external partners, technical staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and provide ongoing support for managed services and operational processes.
• Supervise and guide a small team of consultants.
• Oversee daily operations and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and technical personnel.
• Assist in analyzing and supporting support workflows, including handling escalations across levels 1 through 3.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the managed systems field, with a preference for candidates who have held leadership roles.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Proven track record of leading teams.
• Ability to interact effectively in client-facing situations.
• Capability to collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues or challenges.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies or ITIL frameworks.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and conversational English.
