ServiceNow Technical Consultant (German Speaking)

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a German-speaking ServiceNow Technical Consultant for an on-site role in Switzerland. The position focuses on implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients, requiring fluent German and strong technical expertise.

This position involves working within a consulting team to deliver ServiceNow implementations for various clients. Proficiency in the German language is a core requirement to facilitate clear communication with German-speaking stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to analyze their business processes and challenges, then design appropriate ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and assessments to capture and document specific client needs.
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform through scripting, workflow design, and system integrations.
• Advise clients on industry best practices for configuring, developing, and deploying ServiceNow.
• Help clients define and refine ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Train clients on how to effectively use ServiceNow applications.
• Keep up to date with ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluent German and excellent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
• Practical experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing role with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
