Callista seeks senior ServiceNow experts for freelance projects in Zürich, CH. Candidates must have extensive experience and a self-driven, solution-focused approach. Work model is hybrid.

The role involves registering experienced ServiceNow professionals for upcoming freelance engagements in Switzerland, focusing on platform implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute implementations, extensions, and optimizations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
  • Create automation solutions via Flow Designer and workflows, and manage CMDB/CSDM and ITOM/Discovery

Requirements

  • Proven experience of many years in ServiceNow environments
  • Highly committed, independent, and solution-oriented work style
