ServiceNow Consultants (ALL TYPES)

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks mid-level ServiceNow Consultants for remote roles in Switzerland. The position requires expertise in ServiceNow modules and fluency in German or French to deliver client solutions.

This position focuses on partnering with clients to analyze their business requirements and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions. Consultants play a key role in driving client success by applying platform best practices and providing effective technical guidance throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with specific client business objectives.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices during implementation and configuration phases.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with both external clients and internal project teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with specialized knowledge in at least one module or functional area.
• Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities and features.
• Ability to operate effectively in a professional environment requiring German or French language proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating within fast-paced team settings.
• Keen attention to detail combined with robust problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Holding an ITIL certification.
• Possessing ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for specific modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• A documented history of successful ServiceNow deployments and positive client interactions.
