ServiceNow Technical Consultant (French Speaking)

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a hybrid role in Switzerland. The position requires fluent French and English speakers to lead large-scale platform transformations.

The company is looking for an experienced professional to join a consulting team with deep technical capabilities. In this position, the consultant will participate in major ServiceNow transformation initiatives, helping to shape solution design and guide the overall direction of the platform while working closely with clients.

Responsibilities

• Creating and customizing ServiceNow applications across various modules
• Collaborating with clients to convert business needs into technical implementations
• Participating in architectural reviews and solution design conversations
• Developing custom workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements
• Guiding enterprise-level deployments to ensure scalability and adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Proven background in ServiceNow development
• Practical knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD functionalities
• Prior experience in consulting or direct client interaction roles
• Ability to actively contribute to technical design and solution planning
• Fluency in both French and English

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German
