Roger Dubuis seeks a Manufacture Visits Coordinator in Le Sentier to manage client tours, coordinate internal teams, and ensure seamless visitor experiences for this luxury watchmaker.
This position serves as the central point for organizing and executing end-to-end visits to the Roger Dubuis Manufacture. The coordinator leads tours for markets clients, internal stakeholders, and external guests, guiding them through workshops and accompanying them during informal interactions such as meals and breaks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the visit schedule, arrange programs, set timings, and brief guides while liaising with internal departments.
- Collaborate with Markets and Commercial teams to align product presentations.
- Accompany visitors during social occasions including coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners.
- Design new visit itineraries and supporting materials in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle the shared team mailbox and address inquiries from external parties and clients.
- Compile weekly and quarterly feedback, then prepare visit reports for the Executive Committee.
- Train new guides and foster engagement within the guide community.
- Provide organizational support for events, including the creation of specific visit paths and tools.
- Assist with daily coordination tasks, such as stock management and due diligence.
Requirements
- Significant prior experience in a comparable role within the watchmaking sector or a high-end luxury environment.
- Fluency in both English and French, at a native or near-native level for speaking and writing.
- Strong organizational abilities, rigor, agility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven project management and coordination capabilities.
- Excellent presentation skills combined with a strict adherence to client privacy and Maison confidentiality.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude focused on getting things done.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages, particularly German.
- Understanding of watchmaking processes and terminology.
