VIC Manufacture Lounge Sales & Operations Manager

Roger Dubuis seeks a Manager to oversee the VIC Manufacture Lounge in Le Sentier, focusing on high-end client experiences, commercial operations, and storytelling for collectors.

This position serves as the guardian of the exclusive Manufacture Lounge, responsible for delivering a premium commercial experience to VIC clients and collectors. The role is pivotal in supporting the commercial success of the brand's High watchmaking collections by bridging technical mastery with emotional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to VIC clients from the initial contact through to post-visit follow-up.
• Coordinate and prepare bespoke Manufacture visits to ensure a tailored and high-quality experience.
• Present Grande Complication timepieces to visitors under the supervision of the Head of VIC Development.
• Analyze client data and insights to support effective follow-up strategies.
• Generate reports detailing the commercial impact of the Manufacture Lounge activities.
• Oversee daily commercial operations, including invoicing, customer service, strap inventory, stock management, and regulatory compliance.
• Centralize and coordinate VIC visits with various internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the lounge's ambiance and atmosphere.
• Explain the artistry behind complex mechanisms such as perpetual calendars, tourbillons, and minute repeaters.
• Translate the brand's 190-year heritage into compelling narratives that resonate with global collectors.
• Share the unique story of the Manufacture, connecting technical excellence with emotional wonder.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in managing premium client experiences and operational logistics.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit with internal teams.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• A strong orientation towards client service and operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of retail dynamics and mastery of storytelling techniques.
• Attention to detail and a genuine passion for watches.
• Discretion, diplomacy, and natural communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Genuine passion for Grande Complication and Haute Horlogerie.
• Prior experience in luxury retail with a proven track record of success.
