Aufgaben

• Perform venous blood draws on adult and pediatric patients.
• Manage consultation room materials.
• Responsible for receiving and preparing consultation rooms before and after use.
• Support consultation organization, administration, and medical secretariats.

Anforderungen

• Completed vocational training with a certificate of competence as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Professional (EFZ).
• Extensive experience in performing blood draws.
• Familiarity with standard MS Office applications.
• Organizational skills and quick comprehension.
• Conscientious, engaged, and able to maintain calm and overview even in hectic times.
• Flexible, open, and resilient personality.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork, service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking.
• Solution-oriented thinking and action, and ability to accept criticism.
