The company is looking for a manager to oversee a production team within a smaller market context, which may be part of a larger regional function. This role involves providing daily guidance, managing workflow and resource allocation, and ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines. The manager acts as a key liaison between the production team, wider organizational groups, and potentially offshore hubs or client-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team members, workflow planning, and scheduling to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Provide comprehensive training to all team members across the relevant production areas.
- Coach, support, and facilitate the professional development of staff.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate current processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the production area, addressing internal queries and issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the broader GTSO and other functional departments at IQVIA.
- Take on senior-level responsibilities within the specific production area as needed.
- Represent the department in the development and rollout of new systems and service offerings.
- Coordinate daily activities of offshore production hubs, if applicable, to guarantee high-quality, accurate, and timely outputs.
- Offer direct support to client-facing teams, business line initiatives, or third-party partners when required.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- Have at least four years of experience working in an automated production environment.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Show the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
