Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, design, and configuration of IT service frameworks.
• Oversee daily service operations, including database management, application software maintenance, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• At least four years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (formerly D365 CE/CRM).
• Proven background in managing data, business applications, and ICT infrastructure within complex, global matrix organizations.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (ERP) or its integration with CRM systems.
