Michael Page seeks a Multi-Asset Investment Advisor in Geneva to support Senior Advisors and Private Bankers with client relationship management, portfolio monitoring, and investment research in a permanent, onsite role.
This position sits within the Advisory & Portfolio Management department. The primary purpose is to assist Senior Advisors and Private Bankers in managing client relationships, ensuring accurate execution of investment processes, and providing strategic support through market analysis and portfolio oversight.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track investment orders and execution workflows.
- Help prepare investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations.
- Monitor portfolios, asset allocation, performance metrics, and cash management.
- Ensure precise tracking of transactions, documentation, and internal procedures.
- Conduct market research across various asset classes and investment themes.
- Assist in selecting and analyzing investment opportunities.
- Provide ideas and recommendations for potential investments.
- Track financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and investment developments.
- Maintain and update the advisory portfolio universe, watchlists, and reporting tools.
- Support the creation of investment publications, market commentary, and marketing materials.
- Help develop internal investment presentations and client communication content.
- Report findings to clients and management.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar advisory role in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory in Switzerland.
- Strong knowledge of multi-asset classes for direct and indirect investments.
- Fluency in French and English.
