Michael Page seeks a Senior Investment Advisor in Geneva to guide high-net-worth clients on strategy and portfolio construction while leading research and supporting the Investment Committee.
This position focuses on providing expert guidance to clients regarding investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio building. The advisor leads research and due diligence for both public and private markets, supports the Investment Committee with decision implementation, and helps drive the firm's strategic growth through business development and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on investment strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and market opportunities
- Lead investment research and due diligence across public and private market opportunities
- Support the Investment Committee and contribute to the implementation of investment decisions
- Develop and maintain diversified investment solutions across equities, fixed income, hedge funds, ETFs, private equity, private credit, venture capital, and real estate
- Present market views, investment strategies, and tailored portfolio recommendations to clients and prospects
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to client acquisition and retention
- Identify innovative investment solutions and leverage technology and AI to enhance investment processes and client outcomes
- Collaborate closely with senior management to support the firm's long-term growth and strategic development
- Report to clients and Management
- Participate in the day-to-day in the office
Requirements
- Superior academic background in Banking, Finance or Economy
- 10+ years of experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, private banking, family office, or wealth management environments
- Strong expertise in asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, and alternative investments
- Proven experience advising UHNW individuals, families, and entrepreneurs
- Commercially minded with strong relationship management and business development capabilities
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and capable of operating effectively in a growing and dynamic organisation
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly and confidently
- Fluent English required
- Sense of confidentiality
- Swiss residence ideally
