The Beauty Nurse will join L.RAPHAEL’s Geneva flagship, working alongside doctors to deliver advanced aesthetic treatments in a luxury environment. The role involves safeguarding the brand’s treatment protocols and embodying its commitment to premium beauty and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Carry out or assist with advanced aesthetic-medical treatments.
- Follow Swiss hygiene and safety regulations strictly.
- Greet and guide clients with discretion and warmth.
- Ensure a calm, confident, and transformative experience throughout treatment.
- Prescribe and explain luxury beauty products to support at-home results.
- Operate lasers and high-tech medical devices after training.
- Prepare treatment rooms to meet L.RAPHAEL’s aesthetic and hygiene standards.
- Perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid Swiss diploma.
- Current authorization to practice in Switzerland.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Calm, empathetic, and reassuring demeanor with clients.
- Impeccable personal appearance and knowledge of luxury standards.
- Team-oriented, positive, and solution-focused attitude.
- Passion for beauty, longevity science, and holistic wellness.
- Strong work ethic aligned with the CEO’s vision and L.RAPHAEL’s global mission.

- Prior experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
