Responsibilities
- Assume technical responsibility for ICT services within customer-specific smart-sourcing frameworks.
- Maintain secure, compliant, and stable operations across environments involving multiple vendors.
- Participate in solution and architecture design by incorporating operational and lifecycle needs.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, internal departments, and external partners.
- Align technical efforts across operations, engineering, and architecture teams.
- Manage major incidents, problem resolution, and complex technical escalations.
- Mentor engineers on troubleshooting, automation, and industry best practices.
- Lead automation and AI-driven projects to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in ICT operations or a comparable field.
- Deep knowledge spanning networking, cloud, security, platforms, and automation.
- Background working in smart-sourcing and multi-vendor settings.
- Comprehensive grasp of end-to-end service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with automation and AIOps.
- Analytical, structured, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated capability to coordinate teams, influence stakeholders, and resolve intricate technical challenges.
- Fluency in French and English; German proficiency is advantageous.
