Senior Operation Architect (FR/GER/ENG)

Swisscom seeks a Senior Operation Architect to design operational models for major clients using the Swisscom Best-Practice Framework. The role involves bid-phase collaboration, client engagement, and continuous optimization of service operations, with hybrid work and flexible hours.

This role focuses on designing operational models aligned with major clients’ needs, using the Swisscom Best-Practice Framework. It involves active participation in the offer phase when requirements exceed standard practices, representing both Service Management and Operations. The position offers autonomy and initiative in optimizing operational models based on real project experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create operational models tailored to client needs using the Swisscom Best-Practice Framework for Service Management
• Contribute during the offer phase when Service Operations Management requirements go beyond Swisscom standards
• Design and implement comprehensive operational solutions for complex client requirements as part of the bid process
• Occasionally execute the developed solutions within the Service Management sub-project
• Present operational concepts and performance to clients and internal management
• Act as a liaison between sales, Solution Architects, and Operations and Service Management teams
• Represent Service Management and Operations during the offer phase
• Collaborate regularly with customers, Operational Units, Solution Architects, Process Owners, and other Operation Architects

Requirements

• Proficiency in German, English, and French
• University or applied sciences degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics
• Several years of experience with ITIL processes and business context understanding
• In-depth knowledge of ICT solutions, product portfolio, and related processes
• Experience managing complex projects involving processes, tools, organization, and service levels for major clients
• Strong abilities in process analysis, design, and engineering
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Flexible, reliable, autonomous work style with strong communication skills across all management levels
