Responsabilités

  • Participate in the operational development of the training site in French-speaking Switzerland and contribute to improving processes, structures, and working methods.
  • Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
  • Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate closely with site management, operations, logistics, administration, and purchasing.
  • Take on responsibilities in cross-functional projects within the group.
  • Act as a replacement for certain key functions (e.g., site management, purchasing, administration).
  • Participate in the budgeting process and investment planning.
  • Ensure and develop standards for occupational safety, environment, and quality.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and coordinate with authorities.
  • Support the safety manager and coordinate dangerous goods on organizational and operational aspects.

Profil recherché

  • Completed professional technical training.
  • Professional experience in a production or logistics environment, ideally in the recycling sector.
  • First management experience or strong motivation to evolve into a management position.
  • Knowledge of operational process management and/or the use of performance indicators (KPI).
  • Excellent organizational skills and good understanding of processes and human relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and pragmatic approach.

Atouts

  • Experience in customer and supplier follow-up.
  • Additional training in management, process management, or quality management.
  • Bilingual, with excellent command of French and German, both oral and written.
